Office Coordinator
Katie has been with NFMCo since November 2023. She is the Office Coordinator, handling the day-to-day tasks, including front of the house responsibilities, assisting our managers with documentation and filing, countless behind-the-scenes duties, and everything in between – which means our “ship” would sink without her. Katie received her AAS degrees in Administrative Office Management, Business Management, and Marketing and Sales Management at Alexandria Community and Technical College in 2015.
Katie enjoys staying active, coaching softball, and spending time with family and friends.

Dallas is an active member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Minnesota, South Dakota, and North Dakota. He holds a BS degree in Natural Resources Management and a minor in Agronomy from South Dakota State University.
Dallas grew up in Southwestern Minnesota and is accustomed to the rural landscape and farm practices of the area. His previous work experiences include agronomy sales, energy management and conservation planning. He resides on a farm north of Marshall, MN with his wife, Morgan, and three kids. On his spare time, he enjoys anything outdoors, whether it is fishing, hunting or camping with his family.
Marketing & Communications
Heather has been with NFMCo since June 2018. She is our Marketing and Communications Specialist, and oversees the company’s advertising, social media, website, and creates our Newsletter, Between the Rows. Heather received her BS in Secondary Mathematics Education at Southwest Minnesota State University in 2015. From there, she pursued a career in teaching until coming to NFMCo.
Heather enjoys gardening, and spending time with her husband and two children camping and other outdoor activities.

Dan is an active member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Minnesota, and obtained a BS degree in Finance with emphasis in Corporate Finance from Southwest Minnesota State University.
Dan is from a small town in Southeast Minnesota where he grew up working as a farmhand, and he has always had a passion for agriculture. He worked for a Fortune 100 Agriculture Coop for 7 years in finance, M&A, and Precision Agriculture. His greatest passions are his wife and two kids, and he enjoys hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.

Corey’s passion for agriculture started as a child growing up on a crop and livestock farm in SW MN. Corey obtained an Ag Business degree (BS) and Agronomy minor at South Dakota State University. Following graduation, Corey worked in the seed industry as a district sales manager for 7 years before entering the farm management and ag real estate sector. Corey received his AFM (Accredited Farm Manager) designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers in 2009 and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Minnesota and Iowa.
Corey is an active member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and the Minnesota Chapter of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers teaching farm management courses and serving on various committees. He was most recently District IV vice president for ASFMRA.
Corey was awarded the 2015 Professional Farm Manager of the Year Award by the ASFMRA, AgProfessional Magazine and Syngenta. This award recognizes professional farm managers whose dedication and commitment to agriculture have benefited their clients, the American consumer and our most precious commodity – the land. Mike has been with NFM since 2006, and in 2018 he and Corey became Co-Owners. As a Farm Manager and Real Estate Broker, Mike handles farm managements, real estate sales, and new business development at NFM. He is an active member of American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, the Minnesota Chapter of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, and the West Central Association of Realtors.
Mike was born and raised on a family grain and livestock farm in Southwestern Minnesota. Today, he is actively involved in the family farm and is proud to be a 5th generation farmer! Mike has previous experience as a crop consultant and managed an Agronomy Retail Facility for Cenex Harvest States Cooperative prior to his Farm Management career.
Mike holds an Accredited Farm Manager designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa. He obtained a BS in Crops and Soils Resource Management from the University of Minnesota College of Agriculture Food and Environmental Science. Mike resides in Tyler with his wife, Susan, and their three kids. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors farming, fishing, hunting, and hiking.
Accountant
Cindy has worked in our office since January 2021. She is our company’s accountant and handles incoming and outgoing expenses, various other duties as assigned, and assists with the office administration. Previously, she spent almost 30 years as a Wealth Management Associate at Bremer bank.
Cindy resides outside of Lynd with her husband on their farm. She has three children and six grandchildren, who are her biggest passion. Her other interests include motorcycling, ATV riding, quilting, and gardening.
Marketing & Communications
Courtney has been with NFMCo since July 2021. She is our Marketing and Communications Lead, and oversees the company’s advertising, social media, website, and creates our Newsletter, Between the Rows. Courtney received her Bachelor of Communication Studies from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2017.
She resides outside of Marshall with her husband and three children, where they are fourth generation grain and livestock farmers. They enjoy spending time on the lake, going camping, and ATV trail riding with friends and family. Courtney values the connections made with everyone she works with at NFMCo and is grateful for the opportunity to assist our managers in cultivating the legacies of our clients.

Heidi is an active member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. She is a licensed Minnesota Real Estate Agent and a Licensed Appraiser. She received her bachelor’s degree from South Dakota State University in 2021 and joined Northwestern Farm Management in December 2022.
Heidi grew up on a farm near Taunton, MN where she was involved in raising show lambs. In her free time she is found on the golf course or in the tree stand.

Brandon is an active member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Minnesota and a Certified General Appraiser. He holds a BS degree in Business Management and a minor in Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate from Saint Cloud University.
Brandon grew up in a small town in Southwest Minnesota on a grain and cattle farm which is where his passion of agriculture started. He is an owner and operator of a grain and livestock farm. Him and his wife enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Tyler has been a Farm Manager with NFM since 2015. He obtained a BS Degree from Southwest Minnesota State University in Agricultural Business with concentrations in Farm Management and Marketing, and Agricultural Finance with a minor in Accounting.
Tyler grew up on a grain and livestock farm in Southwestern Minnesota obtaining a great deal of experience in farm management with both crops and livestock. Tyler has previous work experience as a crop scout intern and a grain buyer intern for POET Biorefining. He has received training and experience managing farms for absentee landowners working for Northwestern Farm Management Co and also classroom education. He is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and also a member of the Minnesota Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
During his time at NFM, he received his Accreditation as a Farm Manager, designated from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Tyler is also a Minnesota Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a Certified General Appraiser. He has successfully completed many real estate licensing classes as well as many classes in real estate appraisal. In his free time, Tyler enjoys getting back to his family’s farm to help with farming, playing golf, and fishing.
