He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources Management with a minor in Agronomy from South Dakota State University. His professional background includes roles in cooperative agronomy and energy sales, as well as conservation planning with the Natural Resources Conservation Service.
A native of Southwestern Minnesota, Dallas has a deep-rooted connection to the region’s rural landscape and farm practices. He and his wife, Morgan, live on a farm north of Marshall, MN, where they are raising their three children. In his spare time, Dallas enjoys farming with his family and spending time outdoors hunting, and fishing.

He is licensed as a Real Estate Agent in Minnesota and holds a BS in Business Management with a minor in Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate from Saint Cloud State University.
Brandon grew up in a small town in Southwest Minnesota on a grain and cattle farm which is where his passion of agriculture started. He is an owner and operator of a grain and livestock farm. Him and his wife enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Heather has been a vital part of NFM since June 2018. She leads our marketing efforts by managing advertising, social media, website content, and our Between the Rows newsletter—ensuring our message connects with the right audience.
Alongside her marketing work, Heather keeps the office running smoothly. She handles front-of-house responsibilities, supports our managers, and manages countless behind-the-scenes tasks that keep everything on track.
Heather is also a licensed FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot, using drone photography and video to enhance our marketing and land promotions.
She earned her B.S. in Secondary Mathematics Education from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2015 and began her career as a middle school teacher before joining NFM.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, gardening, camping, and staying active outdoors.

Heidi is a Farm Manager and an active member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. She is a licensed Minnesota Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Appraiser, and earned her bachelor’s degree from South Dakota State University in 2021 before joining Northwestern Farm Management in December 2022.
Heidi grew up on a farm near Taunton, MN where she was involved in raising show lambs. In her free time she is found on the golf course or in the tree stand.

Mike has been with NFM since 2006, and in 2018 he and Corey became Co-Owners. As a Farm Manager and Real Estate Broker, Mike handles farm managements, real estate sales, and new business development at NFM. He is an active member of American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, the Minnesota Chapter of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, and the West Central Association of Realtors.
Mike was born and raised on a family grain and livestock farm in Southwestern Minnesota. Today, he is actively involved in the family farm and is proud to be a 5th generation farmer! Mike has previous experience as a crop consultant and managed an Agronomy Retail Facility for Cenex Harvest States Cooperative prior to his Farm Management career.
Mike holds an Accredited Farm Manager designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa. Corey’s passion for agriculture started as a child growing up on a crop and livestock farm in SW MN. Corey obtained an Ag Business degree (BS) and Agronomy minor at South Dakota State University. Following graduation, Corey worked in the seed industry as a district sales manager for 7 years before entering the farm management and ag real estate sector. Corey received his AFM (Accredited Farm Manager) designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers in 2009 and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Minnesota and Iowa.
Corey is an active member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and the Minnesota Chapter of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers teaching farm management courses and serving on various committees. He was most recently District IV vice president for ASFMRA.
Corey was awarded the 2015 Professional Farm Manager of the Year Award by the ASFMRA, AgProfessional Magazine and Syngenta. This award recognizes professional farm managers whose dedication and commitment to agriculture have benefited their clients, the American consumer and our most precious commodity – the land. Tyler has been a Farm Manager with NFM since 2015. He obtained a BS Degree from Southwest Minnesota State University in Agricultural Business with concentrations in Farm Management and Marketing, and Agricultural Finance with a minor in Accounting.
Tyler grew up on a grain and livestock farm in Southwestern Minnesota obtaining a great deal of experience in farm management with both crops and livestock. Tyler has previous work experience as a crop scout intern and a grain buyer intern for POET Biorefining. He has received training and experience managing farms for absentee landowners working for Northwestern Farm Management Co and also classroom education. He is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and also a member of the Minnesota Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
During his time at NFM, he received his Accreditation as a Farm Manager, designated from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Tyler is also a Minnesota Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a Certified General Appraiser. He has successfully completed many real estate licensing classes as well as many classes in real estate appraisal. In his free time, Tyler enjoys getting back to his family’s farm to help with farming, playing golf, and fishing.
