The Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This position involves a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, supporting various departments and facilitating communication within the office. The successful candidate will be a proactive and resourceful professional capable of multitasking and handling various responsibilities.

Position Details:

  • Provide administrative support
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients
  • Complete document preparation and filing
  • Direct incoming calls and emails
  • Record, maintain and organize data
  • Provide support to complete daily accounting tasks (as needed)

Position Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality standards
  • Collaborate effectively with staff on daily basis to ensure task completion
  • Be adaptive and eager to acquire new skills
