The Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This position involves a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, supporting various departments and facilitating communication within the office. The successful candidate will be a proactive and resourceful professional capable of multitasking and handling various responsibilities.
Position Details:
- Provide administrative support
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Complete document preparation and filing
- Direct incoming calls and emails
- Record, maintain and organize data
- Provide support to complete daily accounting tasks (as needed)
Position Requirements:
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality standards
